Indicative fees for Smartappnetwork control deficiency logging, walkthrough documentation, and remediation follow-up in Hong Kong.
Pricing follows the number of financial cycles covered, whether work is on site, and how complete your existing control descriptions are. Figures below are guidance for planning; every engagement receives a written estimate before kick-off.
Indicative ranges (HKD)
Up to three cycles (e.g. revenue, cash, journals), including register and management briefing.
Four to six cycles with additional walkthrough time and sample testing.
Per cycle narrative and flow notes.
Re-test of a defined batch of previously logged deficiencies.
What changes the fee
- Travel outside Hong Kong Island or Kowloon for multi-day fieldwork
- Translation of register excerpts into Chinese for group reporting
- Rush windows inside two weeks of the board pack deadline
- Incomplete access to ledgers or delayed process-owner interviews
How billing works
A deposit confirms the fieldwork dates. The balance is due on delivery of the final register (or follow-up status update). Fees are for professional time and deliverables described in the engagement letter — not a software licence or subscription.
